Pengenalan Kursus

This program is designed to develop competent and skilled personnel in food preparation and production operations in accordance with industry standards. Trainees are equipped with essential practical skills such as food preparation, cooking techniques, portioning, and menu production while working individually or in teams within a safe and professional environment. The programme also emphasises occupational safety, discipline, and adaptability to current industry trends.Trainer will be well-prepared to meet the growing demands of the food and beverage industry, with strong employment opportunities both locally and internationally.
