This 5-day program supports the development of Competent Company Trainer with the objective of ensuring the quality of trainers who provide training to companies meets baseline standards for the human capital development needs of organizations & nations through effective training

This program is an accredited training program by the Department of Skills Development under the Ministry of Human Resources and allows participants to spend 5 days learning the skills in Identifying Training requirements, Design Training Modules, Conduct Training Sessions with greater confidence, and Evaluate Training Effectiveness.
