Current growth in integrated logistic industry needs more skilled workers in warehousing & distribution service operation to ensure this momentum could be sustained. Through the Economy Trans formation Programs (ETP), logistic s is one of the focused areas to spill-over Malaysian economy and will create job opportunities to the citizens . Five Regional Cities and Economic Corridors were launched to propel the national transformation agenda. Warehousing & distribution service operation is one of the focused economic activities in these economic corridors .

The Warehouse & Distribution Services Operation Level 3 personnel are responsible in
handling inbound and outbound goods movement, handling s hipping documentations and
controlling the warehouse inventory and transportation. They normally need to coordinate,
monitor and supervise their supervisor and workers under them.
